The core focus of Build Smart is to provide a superior quality and standard of service to all customers. Initially focused on Shop Fitting and Renovation works on Auckland’s North Shore, the business has undergone substantial growth to its current size. Build Smart Group now provides building solutions throughout the upper North Island.

• Facilitating regular communication with the customer. This is achieved through meetings, site visits, audits, phone, facsimile and electronic correspondence.
• Providing full and effective management and co- ordination of sub contractors.
• Qualified, experience staff with up to date industry knowledge.
• Making health and safety a priority ensuring all work-sites comply with Site Safe and OSH regulations
• Supplying effective systems for inspecting, planning and programming of works and subsequently recording, reporting and invoicing upon work completion.
• Providing appropriate job instructions for field staff to follow.
• Ensuring materials used comply with their intended purpose/design requirements.
